Do I need to be an elite pole dancer or athlete to join? Not at all! This program is designed for everyone—from beginners to elite polers & aerialists. Whether you’re training for performance or just want to feel stronger and healthier, this program will meet you where you’re at. ​ 3. I want to feel more confident and build lean muscle. Will this program help? Absolutely! Because the program is completely customisable, we can focus on helping you build lean muscle, boost your confidence, and achieve your personal health and fitness goals. ​ 4. How long does the program run? The program runs for 12 weeks because lasting change takes time. Research shows it takes an average of 66 days to form a new habit, and we’re here to help you build sustainable nutrition habits that support long-term success. We designed this program to create meaningful change—not quick fixes. By committing to 12 weeks, you’ll have the time and support to see real improvements in your energy, mood, recovery, confidence, and body composition. Ongoing accountability and meal planning are also available after the program, and we highly encourage continuing to build on your progress! ​ 5. Do I need access to a gym? Not at all! This program is strictly focused on nutrition, so a gym isn’t required. However, we do recommend cross-training to support your performance and overall health. If you're interested, we can help with customised training programs—whether that’s at home or in the gym—to complement your nutrition plan. ​ 6. How is the program delivered? The main nutrition plan is delivered through our easy-to-use app, where you can track your progress, log meals, swap meals to suit your preferences, and stay on top of your goals.
