We’ve got you covered. With our personalised gym or home programs, written by our qualified and experienced PT/strength and conditioning coach, you will level up your pole/aerials performance in no time! Alana is not only a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach but also a pole instructor and competitor, so she has all the knowledge necessary to help you excel!
Your personalised program will be delivered via our easy to use app, based specifically on your goals, 
allowing you to tick off each exercise upon completion as well as leaving feedback on how everything felt.

Are you ready to revolutionise your performance?

Offered by our PT/coach Alana, our customised online programming involves regular check ins and a program specific to your goals.

You can work towards trick specific pole/aerial goals (e.g. I want to get my shoulder mount), body area goals (e.g. more core strength, more shoulder pushing strength), flexibility goals or general cross training for overall performance, body maintenance and injury mitigation.

The program exercises and warm up videos are delivered through our app each week/fortnight, specific to the amount of sessions you want per week as well as the equipment you have access to and your goals. Throughout the program the exercises will also be based on progress you’ve made & where you are at in your training (i.e. if you have a comp or performance coming up etc), which will all be ascertained via your check-ins. 

You will be able to message Alana any questions and feedback etc and she will use that to update your programming. You can also tick off each exercise as you complete it, as well as leave comments below each exercise for your’s or Alana’s reference. Alana will message you each fortnight to check in and see how your doing etc too, prior to developing the plan for the following fortnight.

Our pricing

Our pricing encompasses everything from the app through to the check ins. We will also offer you a discount off in person PT whilst you are signed up to online programming. This means you can come in and do form checks, or bundle together PT and programming ongoing.
