Remedial Massage 

At Body & Movement Collective, our remedial massage therapist provides tailored remedial massage sessions that can offer both massage for general tightness, aches, and pains, as well as assessments and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal pain and conditions. These may include back pain, neck and shoulder pain, sports-specific injuries, occupational injuries, tendinopathy, jaw pain, or chronic pain issues.

Our qualified practitioner uses an evidence-informed approach to ensure the best client outcomes, with a focus on supporting self-management. Treatment includes manual hands-on therapy using a variety of remedial massage techniques, alongside personalised exercises and rehabilitation planning to help you move and feel better.

Online Programming

Want to transform your fitness journey, improve your strength and fitness or level up your pole/aerials?
Our personalised gym/home programming involves regular checkins and a program specific to your goals/equipment/experience, ensuring optimal results from the convenience of your own space.

Your personalised program will be delivered via our easy to use app, based specifically on your goals,
allowing you to tick off each exercise upon completion as well as leaving feedback on how everything felt.

Flow & flex

Sometimes, it’s more than just strength that holds us back. For this we offer an options to combine massage with movement training. These sessions are tailor-made for polers and dancers tackling tricky techniques, flow, or movement challenges. Throughout the session, we’ll assess your specific trick or technique, offer targeted release work, prescribe exercises, and share cues to perfect your moves. Whether it’s on or off the pole, the entire experience is completely customised for you. Let’s have some fun and get you mastering those tricks!
