Group Classes

Looking to level up?

We’ve helped hundreds of polers/aerialists with anything from injuries and movement blocks through to competitions, goal tricks and flow!

One of our most financially accessible methods to help develop strong robust polers/aerialists is through our group classes. We offer both a splits class, and a group PT class.

With Body & Movement group classes you will:

  • Feel strong and work towards nailing your nemesis move

  • Be able to train your fave tricks with less fear of injury

  • Develop body awareness and understanding and feel in-touch with your movements aerially and on the floor

  • Increase your flexibility in a safe and effective way

  • Train under qualified professionals who have a deep understanding of the body and the demands of our sport

Strong Splits & Flexy Bits

The focus of this class is front split flexibilty, not just on the floor, but also aerially.

Hello gorgeous strong split lines!

This class is for anybody from those who are a long way from their first flat split, all the way to those who can oversplit, those recovering from an injury (under guidance from our practitioners) and those who want to decrease their injury risk. This class can help those of any level build a more beautiful split.

This class will contain:

A targeted warm up

Splits specific strengthening using body weight, weights & equiptment

Active flexibility drills

Passive flexibility drills All in a safe enviroments with highly qualified instructors.

Mondays 5pm

Raise the Bar - Group PT Class

This class allows you to work towards your own goals with a custom program, in a fun, friendly group setting.

The class is run as a 1:1 PT in that you will work on your prescribed exercises are programmed specifically for you and your goals, but there are others in the class also working towards their own goals.

This class is great if you want to get strong in a safe way, improve your pole/aerials, work towards specific tricks or goals, cross train to decrease your injury risk and improve your overall health and wellbeing with a fun and supportive group of people!
